'Merica

Feathers protrude
On the contrary
The country soars

Planes fall from heaven
Skyscrapers are at peace
Never forget nor surrender

Walk among the few
Talk with the many
Pray for the innocence

Take to the streets
Right to bare arms
An innocent soul lost

No more jobs
More debt sustains
Willingness pursue

America
The beauty
Full

I don't usually write poems about America or current events, but I decided to this time. I'm not sure if this is even good since it is rare when I write about stuff like this.

I hope you enjoy!
